Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern registration for and participation in HYFIT Games events. Please read them before you register.

General Information
1.1. The Hyfit Games ("Event") is a competitive fitness event organized and operated by Audiverse Technology Pvt Ltd ("Organizer", "we", "our", or "us").
1.2. The Event is designed as a structured fitness competition where participants complete a defined series of physical challenges, workouts, or race elements as determined by the Organizer.
1.3. The Event may be conducted across multiple locations and editions, and the Organizer reserves the right to expand, modify, or restructure the Event series in future seasons.
1.4. All participants, spectators, and attendees must comply with applicable laws, venue regulations, and safety guidelines issued by the Organizer or local authorities.
These Terms & Conditions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the relationship between the Organizer and all individuals registering for or participating in the Event.
2.2. By registering for the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs, including adjustments related to event format, operational requirements, or compliance with applicable laws.
2.4. Any updated Terms will be published through official Event communication channels and will become effective immediately upon publication.
Event Registration
3.1. To participate in the Event, you must complete the official registration process through the designated registration platform.
3.2. During registration, you must:
- provide accurate and truthful personal information
- confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- complete payment of the applicable registration fee.
3.3. Submission of a registration form constitutes an offer to participate in the Event under these Terms.
3.4. A binding agreement between you and the Organizer is formed once your registration is confirmed by the Organizer or its authorized ticketing partner.
3.5. To participate in the Event, participants must:
- meet the eligibility requirements set by the Organizer
- complete registration and payment
- receive a valid confirmation or entry pass.
3.6. Participants must ensure that their health and physical condition are appropriate for participation in a high-intensity fitness competition.
3.7. Participants are responsible for evaluating their own fitness and medical condition prior to participation.
3.8. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from the Event if safety, health, or rule violations are identified.
Entry Transfers and Registration Changes
4.1. Event registrations are generally non-refundable.
4.2. If a participant cannot attend the Event, the Organizer may allow the participant to transfer their entry to a future Hyfit Games event, subject to Organizer policies and deadlines.
4.3. Requests for registration changes must be submitted through the official support channels before the applicable deadline specified by the Organizer.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to charge administrative or processing fees for any permitted registration modifications.
4.5. Event entries may not be resold, transferred to another individual, or used for commercial purposes without Organizer approval.
Fees and Payment
5.1. The Event registration fee is displayed during the registration process and must be paid in full to confirm participation.
5.2. The Organizer may charge additional processing or service fees through the registration platform.
5.3. Accepted payment methods may include digital payments, card payments, or other methods supported by the ticketing platform.
5.4. If payment fails or is reversed for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the associated registration.
Event Access and Participation
6.1. Participants must present their registration confirmation and any required identification when arriving at the Event venue.
6.2. Participants will be issued official event materials such as bib numbers, wristbands, or timing devices where applicable.
6.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any issued equipment or identification materials are properly used and returned where required.
6.4. The Organizer may deny entry to individuals who:
- fail to present valid registration confirmation
- violate venue regulations
- display symptoms of illness or unsafe physical condition.
Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event if circumstances beyond reasonable control make it necessary.
7.2. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to:
- extreme weather conditions
- government restrictions
- public safety concerns
- venue availability issues
- force majeure events.
7.3. If the Event is cancelled, the Organizer may offer participants options such as:
- transfer of entry to a future Event edition, or
- rescheduling to a later date.
7.4. Any refunds or credits will be issued solely at the discretion of the Organizer and in accordance with applicable policies.
Risk Acknowledgment and Liability
8.1. Participation in the Event involves significant physical exertion and inherent risks including injury, illness, or other medical conditions.
8.2. By registering and participating in the Event, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
8.3. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
8.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in the Event.
8.5. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate medical insurance or personal coverage if required.
Media Rights and Data Use
9.1. The Organizer may photograph, film, or record the Event and its participants for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes.
9.2. By participating in the Event, participants grant the Organizer permission to use their image, name, likeness, and performance in such media.
9.3. Such media may be used in promotional materials, digital media, broadcasts, or marketing campaigns without additional consent or compensation.
9.4. Participant data may be collected and processed for Event management, communication, safety, and operational purposes.
Intellectual Property
10.1. All intellectual property related to the Event, including event names, branding, designs, and media content, is owned by the Organizer or its partners.
10.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Event intellectual property without written permission.
Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising in relation to the Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By completing the Event registration process and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that:
- you have read and understood these Terms
- you voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation
- you agree to comply with all Event rules and policies.
