Hyfit Games is India's hybrid fitness race, open to ages 8 to 84, and Bloodline is its family category. A parent and a child (8 to 15) race side by side through the same six stations and 200m runs, and cross the same finish line together. Kids who want their own race run NextGen. Entry is from Rs 1,399.
What is Bloodline Doubles?
Bloodline is a two-person team: one parent and one child aged 8 to 15. You move through the course as a pair and finish together. It runs as two scored categories, Mom + Kid and Dad + Kid, so families compete like with like. It is the most-loved category at Hyfit, and one no other race in India runs.
Can my child race on their own?
Yes. NextGen is the solo youth division for ages 8 to 15, split into Boys and Girls, on a course scaled for young athletes. Plenty of families do both: the kid races NextGen, then teams up with a parent for a Bloodline lap. See the full race format for the station-by-station breakdown.
The family categories
| Category | Who | Entry |
|---|---|---|
| Bloodline: Mom + Kid | Mother + child (8 to 15) | Rs 2,799 / team |
| Bloodline: Dad + Kid | Father + child (8 to 15) | Rs 2,799 / team |
| NextGen Boys | Boys 8 to 15, solo | Rs 1,399 |
| NextGen Girls | Girls 8 to 15, solo | Rs 1,399 |
Not a kids' fun run. Most family fitness events in India are running-only. Bloodline is a real functional race, run and lift and a cognitive challenge, that a parent and child actually finish together.
Why race as a family
A shared start line does something a solo race cannot. The training becomes time together, the finish becomes a shared memory, and an 8-year-old and a 48-year-old get to be teammates for a morning. It is fitness as a family habit, not a chore, which is the whole idea behind Run. Lift. Live.
Bloodline runs at every Hyfit city. This is one category of the wider hybrid race season. Pick your city and pairing on the find your race page.

FAQ
How old does my child have to be?
Bloodline and NextGen are for children aged 8 to 15. The parent in a Bloodline team can be any age from 16 to 84.
Can both parents race with the same kid?
A Bloodline team is one parent plus one child. If both parents want in, enter two teams (Mom + Kid and Dad + Kid), which are scored separately.
Do we need to train for months?
No. The course is scaled and built for everyday movers. A few weeks of moving together is plenty.
Is it competitive or just for fun?
Both. It is properly scored and ranked by category, and it is still the most joyful start line at the event.
