What is a hybrid fitness race?

It is a race that tests running and lifting together, back to back, on the clock. Hyfit Games adds one thing no other race in India has, a cognitive challenge at the start and finish, so it measures mind and movement, not just legs. You do not need months of training to line up.

FAQ

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes. The Open category is built for everyday movers, and you do not need months of training to start. Bear the runs, pace the stations, finish strong.

Can a parent and child race together?

Yes. Bloodline Doubles pairs one child (8 to 15) with a parent. It is our most-loved, most-shareable category.

Do I need to train for months?

No. Hyfit Games is designed for the everyday mover. A few weeks of consistent running and functional strength is plenty for most categories.

How long does the race take?

Most finishers are done well inside an hour, depending on category. It is a sprint of effort, not an all-day event.
