HYFIT Games is a mass-participation hybrid fitness race, an India-focused alternative to Hyrox and DEKA, built around longevity. Functional strength stations are interleaved with short runs and a cognitive challenge, across categories that span NextGen (ages 8 to 15) to Grand Masters (ages 55 and up).
